Privacy Policy

Certified Crypto Market, the operator of certifiedcryptomarket.com, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@certifiedcryptomarket.com. We are based in Sweden and follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you just visit: we count page views without cookies. For each view we store the page address, the site that sent you (for example a search engine), your country (from the network, not GPS), device type, browser, operating system and language. Your IP address and browser string are combined with a random value that changes every day and turned into a one-way code; the IP address itself is never stored, and the code can't be linked to you or across days.

When you create an account: your email address, a display name if you add one, and how you signed in (email, or Google). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google; we never get your Google password.

What you save: watchlists, portfolio transactions, price alerts, your display currency and notification settings.

What you send us: contact form messages, emails to our support address, listing and verification applications (including the evidence you upload), scam reports and community posts.

• To provide the service you asked for — your account, watchlist, portfolio, alerts and applications (contract).
• To answer you — support messages and application reviews (contract / legitimate interest).
• To keep the site safe — preventing spam, abuse and fraud, and protecting accounts (legitimate interest).
• To understand and improve the site — anonymous, cookieless visit statistics (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations — for example bookkeeping or requests from authorities.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visitor statistics work without cookies. When you sign in, a session token is kept in your browser so you stay logged in. We also remember small preferences in your browser, such as your display currency and unsent form drafts. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

We never sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

• Lovable / Supabase — hosting, database and sign-in.
• Resend — sending and receiving support and account emails.
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google".

Market data providers (listed on our About page) receive no personal data from you. Some providers may be outside the EU/EEA; in that case transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Public content you post in the community is visible to everyone.

• Visit statistics: 13 months, then deleted automatically.
• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Support messages: up to 24 months after the case is closed.
• Applications and verification evidence: as long as the listing exists and up to 36 months after, so reviews can be audited.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email support@certifiedcryptomarket.com from the address on your account and we'll answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the authority in your country.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it and is logged, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes. We will never ask for your password, private keys, seed phrase or a payment by email, chat or phone.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and tell signed-in members about important changes.
