Quick answers about our data, verification, listings and staying safe.
About Certified Crypto Market
What is Certified Crypto Market?
A crypto market data site with a safety focus: live prices, rankings and charts for 1,000+ coins and the major exchanges, plus our own verification reviews, regulator warnings and scam reports, so you can check a project before you buy.
Is Certified Crypto Market free?
Yes. Market data, rankings, the converter, watchlists, portfolio tracking and price alerts are free. Listing a new coin or token costs a one-time fee of USD 600.
Where does your market data come from?
Prices, rankings and volumes come from established market-data providers and directly from exchange APIs, cross-checked so mismatched markets are filtered out. Every data page shows when it was last updated, and the full list of sources is on our About page.
Do you give investment advice?
No. Nothing on the site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. A verification badge is not an endorsement either. Always do your own research and only invest what you can afford to lose.
Verification & trust
What does the Verified badge mean?
That we reviewed evidence for the specific checks listed on the coin or exchange page — for example contract ownership, official links, team identity or audits — and it matched independent sources. It does not mean the asset is safe or will hold its value.
What do Caution and Not reviewed mean?
Caution means we found a concrete problem, such as a rejected or lapsed review, a regulator warning or an unresolved incident; the reason is shown on the page. Not reviewed simply means we haven't reviewed that asset yet — it is not an accusation.
Can a project pay to be verified?
No. Verification can't be bought, and warnings can't be removed for payment. Projects can apply for a review for free and must supply evidence.
How do I check if a token is real?
Search the coin, open its page and compare the contract address under About with the one you were given. You can also paste a contract address straight into search: if it isn't a token we know, you'll see a warning. Fake tokens often copy real names and logos.
Listings & data requests
How do I get my coin or exchange listed?
Submit the listing form for a new cryptoasset or exchange with your official links, contract addresses, supply and market evidence. Listing a coin or token costs a one-time fee of USD 600. See the Get listed page for what we check and how long it takes.
How long does a listing or review take?
It depends on the evidence. Complete applications are reviewed first; if anything is missing, we ask through your application page and the clock pauses until you reply. You can follow the status at any time from your account.
Some data about my project is wrong — how do I fix it?
Use the request form: there are dedicated forms for supply updates, contract migrations, project info, exchange updates and general corrections. Include an official source so we can verify the change.
How do I claim my project's profile?
Use the 'Claim a project profile' request with a business email on your official domain and proof of control, such as a signed message, a DNS record or a post from the official account.
Safety
How do I report a scam?
Use the scam report form with the website, token or wallet involved and any evidence (screenshots, transaction hashes, messages). Reports help us warn others; we review each one before publishing a warning.
Will Certified Crypto Market ever contact me first?
We never ask for passwords, private keys, seed phrases or payments — by email, DM or phone. Anyone who does, using our name, is a scammer. Our only support address is support@certifiedcryptomarket.com — report impersonators there.
I lost money to a scam. Can you get it back?
We can't recover funds. Report it to your local police and financial regulator and keep all evidence. Be very careful with 'recovery services' that contact you afterwards — most are a second scam.
Account, watchlist & alerts
How do watchlists and portfolios work?
Create a free account, then tap the star on any coin to add it to your watchlist, or record your buys and sells in Portfolio. Both use live prices. You can share a read-only link to your watchlist.
How do price alerts work?
Choose a coin and a condition — price above or below a level, or a 24-hour move of a set percentage. When it triggers, you get a notification in your account and the alert pauses so you aren't notified repeatedly.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@certifiedcryptomarket.com from the address on your account and we'll handle it.
Verification confirms only the specific evidence and data points stated. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of investment safety. Always DYOR.
