Wat is binky?

Binky the Cow ($BINKY) is a Solana-based meme coin built around a cow-themed character. Its main feature is a Bitcoin-reward mechanism: the project says that transfers of BINKY incur a 3% tax, which is converted into WBTC (Wrapped Bitcoin) and distributed to eligible holders. The basic idea is: 1. Buy and hold BINKY — no staking or lock-up is required. 2. 3% of each BINKY transfer is collected as a tax. 3. The tax is swapped into WBTC on Solana. 4. The WBTC is distributed proportionally to qualifying holders. 5. The website says wallets need at least $20 worth of BINKY to participate.
