What is Sherwood Exchange?
Sherwood is a privacy-focused exchange deployed on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), an Arbitrum Orbit Layer 2. The protocol consists of a shielded multi-asset pool that holds value in private notes using a zero-knowledge commitment/nullifier scheme (Groth16 proofs over a Poseidon Merkle tree), and a public swap aggregator that routes orders across Uniswap v2, v3, and v4 liquidity on the same chain. Users can shield assets, transfer them privately, swap through public liquidity while re-shielding proceeds, and withdraw to any address, with the deposit–withdrawal link broken by a relayer.
