What is Pledge Finance?

Pledge Finance is an overcollateralized lending protocol on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Orbit Layer 2 used for tokenized real-world assets. Users deposit approved tokenized equities and ETFs into isolated vaults and borrow USDG, a U.S. dollar stablecoin issued by Paxos on that chain, without selling the pledged shares. Each vault tracks one collateral asset and one USDG debt balance. Borrowing is capped by an asset-specific loan-to-value (LTV) ratio; a health factor below 1.0 makes the position eligible for liquidation.
