What is PerpMe?
PerpMe is a token launchpad on HyperEVM (chain ID 999). Anyone can create an ERC-20 token through it in a single transaction. The contract mints a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens and places the entire amount into a newly created Uniswap V3 pool on PRJX as a single-sided liquidity position, quoted in HYPE, USDC, USD₮0 or PURR. The LP NFT for that position is then transferred to a locker contract which exposes no function to decrease liquidity, collect principal or transfer the position out, so the liquidity cannot be withdrawn by the creator, by a buyer, or by the platform.
