What is Auxite Reserve?
Auxite Reserve Index (AUXR) is an ERC-20 token on the Base network whose value is anchored to the net asset value of a basket of four precious metals: gold, silver, platinum and palladium. AUXR is structured as a paper-hedged reserve instrument rather than a claim on specific allocated bars. Metal exposure is maintained through metal derivative and unallocated positions held with a regulated metals broker and hedged 1:1 to the basket composition.
